She's already married — happily, for seven years — but Heidi Klum still found herself walking out in a bridal gown this week, and the reason had everything to do with fashion and nothing to do with a second trip down the aisle.

A Dress Made for the Runway, Not a Wedding

The 53-year-old supermodel appeared on the latest episode of Project Runway Season 22 in a striking white gown: a plunging neckline, a figure-hugging silhouette, and delicate lace embroidery rather than heavy embellishment. A sheer veil edged with silver sequins and a soft pink bouquet completed the look, with her hair left in loose curls and her makeup kept to a smoky eye and nude lip.

The real-life wedding dress moment came years ago. Klum and husband Tom Kaulitz married in 2019, and their 16-year age difference has drawn public commentary ever since — something Klum has consistently met head-on rather than avoided.

"I'm 50 and no longer 20," she told Glamour Germany. "Time won't stand still for me, and Tom will never catch up with me. I'll always be 16 years older, and I'm aware of that."

She's been equally candid about what the relationship has given her after two previous marriages, including seven years with British singer Seal, with whom she shares three children. That boundary, Klum has said, changed how she approached the relationship entirely. "When our door closes at home, I don't really care so much what happens around us," she told People.
