Seven months. That's how long Jennifer Lopez fans had been waiting to see their girl pick up a microphone and belt out her greatest hits. Paris, it turns out, was worth the wait.
The multi-hyphenate superstar touched down in the French capital earlier this week, and what initially looked like a fashionable city break turned out to be something far more exciting.
Two days after her arrival, Lopez revealed the real reason behind the trip — she was David Guetta's surprise guest at the opening night of his brand-new tour, The Ultimate Monolith Show, held at the Stade de France.
Back on the Floor
The pair took to the enormous stage together to perform their new collaboration, "Save Me Tonight," but Lopez wasn't done there. In a moment that sent fans into a frenzy, she and Guetta then launched into a live rendition of "On the Floor" — her first performance of the track since the Up All Night Tour last August. The song itself has been enjoying a remarkable second life lately, having rejoined the Billboard charts 15 years after its original release, thanks to Prime Video's Off Campus and a pitch-perfect recreation of J.Lo's iconic 2000 Grammys gown by actress Mika Abdalla.
For the occasion, stylists Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn made sure Lopez looked every inch the pop queen. Gone were the more covered-up looks from her recent Office Romance press tour. In their place? A jaw-dropping $285 TIME Bodysuit from Ukrainian fashion brand TTSWTRS — a barely-there one-piece designed by the brand's creative director Anna Osmekhina, a former costume designer who clearly knows how to dress a star.

"It's been a minute since Lopez picked up a microphone and sang her greatest hits — almost seven months, to be exact. But you wouldn't know it."
The bodysuit was deceptively striking. What appeared to be a sleek black one-piece revealed an almost iridescent turquoise gridlock print across one side, mimicking the appearance of a CT scan across her torso, shoulder strap and back. Supersized cut-outs across her chest and collarbone added the kind of edge that only Lopez can pull off, while a matching $190 Time Jacket — all glossy lacquer leather — was wisely left in the wings, giving her full range of motion to own that vast Stade de France stage.
Paris Street Style, J.Lo Edition
Of course, the concert was only half the story. Before the big reveal, Lopez had already been turning heads simply by strolling through the city. Photographed making her way through the French capital, she demonstrated exactly why she's considered one of the most stylish women in the world — and she did it in the most deceptively simple way possible.

The look centred on a crisp blue button-down shirt layered beneath a classic beige trench coat — wardrobe staples that most of us own in some form. The difference, naturally, was in the details. Lopez left several buttons undone, creating a dramatically plunging neckline that instantly gave the outfit a fashion-forward edge. Oversized wide-leg denim jeans with subtle distressed detailing, a tan leather belt, and a structured navy Hermès handbag completed the ensemble, while black boots, gold jewellery, and oversized tinted aviator sunglasses brought it all together with the kind of ease that looks effortless but rarely is.
Pop Star Power, Fully Reignited
For those who follow celebrity style and music closely, this Paris trip feels like a statement. Lopez has spent much of the past year navigating a very public personal chapter, but between the surprise Stade de France appearance, the Billboard chart comeback, and the sheer confidence radiating from every paparazzi shot, it's clear that Jennifer Lopez is firmly back in her element — and she's brought the whole of Paris along for the ride.
