The Post That Changed Everything
Kim Kardashian has well and truly gone public with her relationship with Lewis Hamilton, sharing a sun-soaked Instagram carousel that fans are calling the ultimate hard-launch. The 45-year-old reality star and business mogul posted a photo dump on Monday, 1 June, simply captioned "lately" — but buried among the family selfies and private jet snaps was the moment the internet had been waiting for: the couple caught on camera together during a bike ride in New York.
That Viral Bike Ride Moment
Hamilton, 41, filmed the pair cycling alongside a New York river on what looked like a glorious day, holding his Citi Bike with one hand and the camera with the other. Kardashian, beaming in a navy tracksuit with her hair braided down one side, looked every inch the smitten girlfriend — right up until she lost her balance and veered straight into the back of his bike. The whole thing was caught on video, and Kardashian posted a still of the split-second disaster too, showing her wide-eyed and open-mouthed as she realised what was about to happen. Hamilton, blissfully unaware, continued smiling for the camera. Relatable content from a billionaire, truly.

"Kim's very selective when it comes to the people she allows around her kids. She's very protective of them and doesn't take new introductions lightly. The fact that Lewis has spent time with the kids reflects how much she trusts him."
From Rumours to Reality
The pair were first linked romantically in February 2026 after being spotted together in the Cotswolds and Paris, though they had known each other since at least 2014 when they were photographed together at the GQ Men of the Year awards. Since those early rumours, they have been spotted at the Super Bowl, on a trip to Tokyo with Kardashian's four children, and at Coachella — but neither had officially addressed the relationship publicly until now.
A Serious Connection
Sources close to the couple say this is no fleeting fling. A well-placed insider told People magazine that Hamilton has already spent time with Kardashian's children — North, 12, Saint, 10, Chicago, 8, and Psalm, 7 — which those close to her say speaks volumes. "She's never wanted to rush anything, but she's very happy with where things are," the source added. "He's a great guy." For his part, Hamilton previously admitted he had not been in a long-term relationship in nearly a decade, telling Belgian TV outlet RTBF that he had focused entirely on his racing career. It seems that, for both of them, the timing might finally be right.
