If you thought a toilet was no place for a party, Madonna is here to prove you spectacularly wrong.
The Queen of Pop, 67, has premiered Confessions II – The Film, a jaw-dropping 14-minute music video that makes a West London club bathroom feel like the hottest venue in the world — and she's brought half of Hollywood along to prove it.
"Put your phones down, go out, and connect with people," Madonna declared during a Q&A, giving fans a taste of the no-nonsense energy she's channelling into her comeback.

A Loo With a Very Star-Studded View
The epic short film, which premiered this week, features six tracks from Madonna's forthcoming album Confessions II, due out on 3 July — a full 21 years after the original Confessions on a Dancefloor set dancefloors alight back in 2005.

Among the glittering cameos, British supermodel Kate Moss raves alongside Doctor Strange star Benedict Cumberbatch and Game of Thrones legend Gwendoline Christie in what can only be described as a toilet disco sequence set to the unreleased track Danceteria. Richard E. Grant is also in the mix, because of course he is.
If that weren't enough star power, Chelsea FC footballers Cole Palmer and João Pedro make a rather unexpected appearance — spotted at the urinals while Madonna slinks past them. As you do.
The Full A-List Roll Call
The cameos kept on coming throughout the film's six-song runtime. Watch it here:
The whole extravaganza was shot over four days at a West London studio earlier this year — and judging by the results, every single one of those days was well spent.
Boundary-Pushing as Ever
True to form, Madonna doesn't shy away from controversy. The video features a particularly eyebrow-raising scene in a bathroom stall with a mystery man that leaves precious little to the imagination. Shocking? Perhaps. Out of character? Absolutely not.

Madonna has been teasing what comes next for live performances too. When asked about a potential Las Vegas residency — the go-to move for many of her pop contemporaries — she wasn't exactly tempted. "Sphere seems cool, but I don't want to wake up and look at Vegas every day," she said, making it clear she's playing by her own rules as always.
With Confessions II landing on 3 July and concert plans reportedly in the works, it's shaping up to be quite the summer for the pop icon — and if this video is anything to go by, she hasn't lost a single drop of that boundary-smashing magic.
